Grant Career Center in Bethel, Ohio doesn’t only offer comprehensive career training in technical fields and two-year degrees.
At Grant Career Center high school, seniors may also begin a unique, comprehensive teacher-training program at Grant’s Teacher Academy.
The Teacher Academy trains its students in all levels of teaching, including early childhood, elementary, middle and high school. Students are also educated in such specialized aspects of teaching as special education and career-technical education.
Through a variety of additional experiences, including teaching assignments and one-on-one mentoring with professional teachers, The Teacher Academy gives students the strong foundation they need before transferring to a four-year education program.
Additional programs at Grant include degrees and diplomas in such fields as Automotive Technology, Engineering Design, Cosmetology and Culinary Arts.
Certifications in Nursing Assistance and Computerized Business and Medical Administration are also offered.
Financial aid offerings for eligible students include Pell grants, Veteran’s benefits and vocational rehabilitation assistance as well as federal loans.
