Bethel College is an accredited Christian college of the arts and sciences, founded by the Missionary Church. Our current student body of more than 1,960 includes more than 20 different denominational affiliations, 32 states and 19 countries. The Bethel campus is situated on 75 beautifully wooded acres in Mishawaka, Indiana.

A solid Christian atmosphere, an excellent resident faculty, and a growing campus make Bethel College an exciting setting for the study of music. With more than 40 major fields of study, three master's degree programs, full accreditation by North Central Association and NCATE, Bethel College is an excellent choice for your college education. If you are interested in pursuing a career in music, Bethel offers Majors in Music Education (instrumental, vocal and combined concentrations), Performance and Church Music. With over 1,500 students, Bethel is large enough to be competitive, yet small enough to provide students with personalized attention and experiences.

Students often describe Bethel College as “the Bethel family.” At Bethel, students, staff and faculty comprise a purposeful, caring community that seeks to know God, each other and the world that God has created. Bethel promotes the integration of faith and learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Since much of one’s college experience takes place outside the classroom, Bethel student life provides a wide range of opportunities for students to engage one another and the wider community in meaningful ways.

Bethel students stay very active in community service, campus organizations, outreach ministries, campus events and a variety of other leadership opportunities. These co-curricular opportunities encourage thought and action that complement the learning taking place in the classroom. Together, as God’s people living in community, we model our commitment to Jesus Christ as we love him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength.
