About College of Court Reporting Inc

College of Court Reporting

In 2006, the College of Court Reporting (CCR) became the one of the first online court reporting school to be accredited by the National Court Reporters Association. Since then, the college has provided top-notch training both online and on campus.

The College of Court Reporting currently offers the following programs:

  • Court Reporting (degree)
  • Court Reporting (diploma)
  • Voice Captioning (certificate)

The Court Reporting degree program results in an associate’s of applied science, while the diploma course serves as a shorter-term training solution. The Voice Captioning certificate is a good choice to expand your skill set as a court reporter, and can be completed in just four semesters.

Federal financial aid is the most common source of tuition assistance at CCR. The college also recommends searching for private scholarships, some of which may be intended for court reporting students.

CCR’s main admissions requirement is a strong desire to learn the profession of court reporting. The school requires your official transcripts, registration and technology fees, and a short application and personal survey. All of this information, along with required documents, is available on the College of Court Reporting’s website.
