There’s no doubt that a college education is expensive, and low tuition costs can be a huge draw to certain universities. The University of Wisconsin – Marinette’s tuition is the lowest of any campus in the University of Wisconsin system. On top of that, UW-Marinette funds a number of scholarships, and federal financial aid opportunities are available to reduce your tuition even more.

UW-Marinette’s academics include certificates and associate’s degrees. In 2011, the school began to offer its first master’s degree, an MS in Education. This versatile program is designed for school instructors, as well as teachers in any other capacity.

If you’re interested in a bachelor’s degree, you can begin your education at UW-Marinette, then transfer to any campus in the University of Wisconsin System in two years. This is a much cheaper route than spending all four years at UW’s main campus in Madison.

Admissions requirements at UW-Marinette vary based on the type of applicant. Generally speaking, however, the school requires a high school diploma or GED (along with transcripts), ACT or SAT scores and an application fee.
