Description
Conlee’s College of Cosmetology in Kerrville, Texas, makes learning an enjoyable experience. In addition to receiving professional stylist training, students participate in social and professional activities in and out of class.
Conlee’s Cosmetology program integrates hairstyling, manicuring and other techniques, while the Cosmetology Educator program is designed for licensed stylists who would now like to teach others their craft.
So that students can have fun while they learn, Conlee’s hosts many activities, such as contests and competitions and community activity events.
In order to attend, Conlee’s students must be at least 17 years old. Admissions requirements include high school diploma, GED or a passing score on the Ability to Benefit Test. Applicants must also have an interview with a Conlee’s representative.
Students who need financial aid to help cover tuition costs may apply for the Pell grant or Supplementary Education Opportunity Grant. Those who want to apply for these must fill out a FAFSA and the Department of Education and Conlee’s financial aid representatives will determine financial need.
