Description
Through professional work experience and a range of courses, Wright Beauty Academy’s program prepares students to work in a variety of beauty-oriented professions. Located in Portage, Michigan, Wright Beauty Academy also has a campus in nearby Battle Creek. Wright’s cosmetology training incorporates hairstyling techniques as well as skin care, nail care, make-up and spa techniques, preparing students for a full range of beauty careers.
In order to broaden each student’s knowledge and experience, all of Wright’s advanced students provide faculty-supervised hair, skin and nail care services to the public.
Wright has a second program in Cosmetology Instruction for licensed beauty professionals who are interested in becoming an instructor at a beauty school or college.
Admission to Wright Beauty Academy is open to any citizen or national who has a high school diploma or GED. Since enrollment starts throughout the year and even monthly for some programs, admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis.
Wright Beauty attempts to keep its tuition costs as affordable as possible. However, many students still require financial aid, which may be awarded through loans and other sources to those who qualify.
