Urban College of Boston

The Urban College in Boston, Massachusetts, offers two-year degrees, certificate programs, and continuing education courses in the heart of Boston for an education that will pave the way for transfer to a four-year program or immediate employment.

The college maintains partnerships with UMass of Boston and Lesley University of Cambridge, Massachusetts, to allow students to pursue and receive their bachelor’s degrees at premiere educational institutions in Massachusetts.

The college awards credits for experiential learning opportunities for students who have completed work outside of traditional course work, as in employment, travel, or volunteer opportunities.

Students may also take part in directed or individualized studies programs, where you’ll develop a learning contract under the supervision of a faculty member in readings, project implementation, papers, and more.

Academics at the college include associate’s degrees in Early Childhood Education, General Studies, and Human Services Administration.
