Description
Southern Oklahoma Technology Center in Ardmore, Oklahoma offers long-term and short-term training in technical, medical and other careers.
Students who are interested in a technical career and are able to attend classes on the weekdays ought to consider SOTC’s full time, long-term programs. Subjects offered include Architecture, Construction, Design and other industrial and technical fields.
Designed primarily for working adults or those who are limited in their availability, SOTC’s short-term programs meet one or two nights a week for several weeks. Short-term programs are offered in Agricultural Education, Business, health occupations and industrial fields among others.
SOTC’s student life is an extension of the classroom, giving students the opportunity to join professional student organizations, some of which engage in national competitions.
Admission to SOTC is based on submission of an application, which is followed by a pre-admissions assessment.
Depending on which program one attends, financial aid may be available to help cover tuition. Contact Southern Oklahoma Technology Center for more information.
