MOTech Description

Missouri Tech in Saint, Louis, Missouri, is accredited by and a member of numerous professional and educational organizations and associations and, therefore, has had to adhere to certain educational standards.

In addition to a quality education, Missouri Tech students can expect to receive a career education that combines classroom theory with practical, hands-on learning.

Students at Missouri Tech may obtain a diploma, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in such technical fields as:

  • Electronics Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Network Administration

All courses combine classroom hours with hands-on laboratory work, so that students may apply what they learn while they’re learning it.

Those interested in applying to Missouri Tech will need to first fill out a questionnaire, then tour the campus. A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 20 on the ACT or a minimum of 1500 on the SAT are required. All applicants must also receive at least a score of 70% on the Missouri Tech entrance exam.

Financial aid is awarded through federal programs, like Pell grants and Stafford and Plus loans. Students who are ineligible for federal aid or who require additional aid may obtain information about outside scholarships and loans from the financial aid office.

Missouri Tech also gives tuition assistance to veterans and to those who qualify for the Workforce Investment Act.
