The Lafayette campus of Louisiana Technical College is located on Bertrand Drive in Lafayette, Louisiana.

The college offers many different types of programs for all sorts of students. There are dual-enrollment programs for current high school students looking for college credit, online, workforce and continuing education classes.

There are many fields of study available including accounting, automotive technology, early childhood education, carpentry, cosmetology, culinary arts, electrician, computer science, medical assistant, patient care technician, pharmacy technician, practical nursing and welding.

The school offers many resources for its current students and graduates including a library, job boards for employment geared at LTC students, and Skills USA, which ensures that students are thoroughly prepared for the work force.

Those who fill out the FAFSA may qualify for federal grants and loans. LTC also offers an academic competitiveness grant, the Louisiana Go grant, Louisiana’s Tuition Opportunity Program for Students, STEP program, LEAP grants, veteran’s benefits, McKenzie Memorial Scholarship, Rotary Club Scholarship, and six other scholarships made for students with specific majors.
