Description

Summit Academy Opportunities Industrialization Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota is dedicated to helping individuals, particularly those from economically challenged backgrounds, to build successful careers.

At Summit you can prepare for a career as a Nursing Assistant, Electrician, Welder, Plumber or Sheet Metal Worker, among other professions.

Summit’s vocational training programs are also short-term, in many cases lasting only five months.

Due to the fact that Summit trains students for in-demand careers and trains and supports them well, Summit’s job-placement rate is high. Job placement is not guaranteed, but Summit does its best to help its graduates to find work.

Since Summit primarily educates students from financially challenged circumstances, students are encouraged to apply for financial aid, which is offered through loans and grants to eligible students.

Those who are interested in applying to Summit Academy must attend an information session before submitting their application.
