In addition to preparing students for legal, medical and business professions in a short amount of time, Gwinnett College in Lilburn, Georgia provides excellent transfer opportunities.
At Gwinnett, students may obtain degrees or diplomas in Paralegal Studies, Medical Assisting, Massage Therapy, Computer Operations and Accounting, among other fields. Each program takes anywhere from nine to twenty-one months, so that students can begin working in their field in one to two years.
Career placement services assist students in moving from school into the professional world by helping them to plan career goals and search for jobs.
Students who wish to transfer to a four-year college or university may also benefit from attending Gwinnett. Gwinnett’s transfer alliance program allows students to transfer credits to schools not only within Georgia, but throughout the country as well.
Admission to Gwinnett requires that students complete an interview and an application. A skills-assessment test and proof of a high school diploma or GED are also required.
