Description
Located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College offers vocational training opportunities for the residents of Brown County. As a public institution, Northeast Tech offers associate’s degrees as well as vocational certificates.
Associate’s degrees can be earned in General Education to help students who wish to transfer to a four-year university, or can be earned in a career-specific concentration. Certificates can also be earned in the same or similar fields. Northeast Tech makes sure concentrations offered at the Green Bay campus reflect the workforce needs of the local economy.
Concentrations for associate’s degrees and certificates include Accounting, Automotive Repair, Casino Management, Criminal Justice, Computer Support, Diesel Equipment Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Gerontology, Health Information Technology, Marine Construction, Radiography, and much more.
Students are required to receive hands-on training to be eligible to graduate from their program. For extra experience, students can apply to apprenticeships to earn some money, gain hands-on training, and receive credits toward their program.
