Description

Originally a commuter school, Lourdes University has taken great steps in recent years toward a more vibrant campus community. Lourdes Commons, which was completed in 2010, is the university’s first residence hall, providing apartment-style living and a dining hall. Student life at Lourdes also offers several clubs, such as LEAP, which organizes campus events and entertainment.

Lourdes’ academics are also on the rise. The school gained university status in 2011, and it currently offers more than 50 programs of study at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

From pre-professional degrees to liberal arts programs, Lourdes University has something for everyone. Additionally, the school maintains a low student-to-faculty ratio, with class sizes averaging at 15.

Lourdes University’s Financial Aid Office works with students to make education more affordable. Several financial aid opportunities are available, including federal assistance from grants and student loans. The school also offers merit scholarships for new and returning undergraduates.

Because of its emphasis on professional as well as academic growth, Lourdes provides career assistance to all of its students. Career Services will help you with every step of your professional development, from choosing a major to searching for job openings.
