Description

College of Wilmington, formerly Mr. David’s School of Hair Design, offers flexible, hands-on career training in a short amount of time.

Located in Wilmington, North Carolina, College of Wilmington grants diplomas in Massage Therapy, Medical Billing and Coding, and Cosmetology.

With both day and evening options available, College of Wilmington’s programs can take as little as seven months, with most programs taking an average of 10 months to complete.

Wilmington’s approach involves hands-on training in addition to classroom work. In running a massage therapy clinic, which is open to the public, Wilmington gives students the opportunity to perform massage on real people.

The public cosmetology clinic also gives students the chance to perform services, such as hairstyling, make-up and nail art.

Information on admissions and financial aid requirements may be obtained from a College of Wilmington counselor or staff member.
