Phoenix Area Colleges

The Phoenix area boasts one of the biggest universities in the U.S. with an enrollment of over 60,000 students: Arizona State University. Other notable institutions include University of Phoenix and Central Arizona College. Air Safety Flight Academy, Arizona Automotive Institute, Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Arizona College of Allied Health, Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, SETS School of Exercise Training and Science and Canyon State Laser Training round out the region’s special-interest schools. Phoenix College is one of the oldest community colleges in the country, it’s joined in the category by Mesa Community College, Estella Mountain Community College and Glendale Community College.
