Reviews for Idaho State University
The pharmacy program was the only available in Idaho. Well done program. No regrets. The athletic departments were lacking, but my interest is strictly accademic. I wouldn't change schools just for the athletic department. The library and on campus entertainment was average. There was a strong religious influence that I did not appreciate (Mormons).
Attended Boise State for some science, which at that time didn't compare to the science programs at ISU. ISU was a very good expierence and reasonable education. I wouldn't have changed anything. I felt the academics were outstanding.
Pocatello was a small town, and lacked night life. Still the whole experience was very good. The only negative influence was a strong Mormon influence in the community which was not compatible with student lift.
I enjoyed the social life and the academics were excellent. In our area of study, pharmacy, this school is surpassed by none. I would highly recommend this pharmacy school program to any potential student.
The pharmacy program was outstanding, particulary the pharnacology department. I felt the faculty was excellent and workload what might be expected in a professional program. Again, I would recommend this program.
Campus life was typical campus life for a university. Greek life waslimited; however, there were professional programs such as honor society programs, Spurs service organizations, etc which create an excellent campus experience.
