About The New School for Public Engagement

The New School for Public Engagement is perhaps the best representation of the university’s forward-thinking academics. Its distinctive programs are divided amongst the following schools:

  • School of Undergraduate Studies

All of the programs at The School for Public Engagement are united in their focus on civic duty and social engagement. The school offers interdisciplinary undergraduate degrees in Urban, Global and Environmental Studies, as well as nearly 10 graduate programs in areas like Public and Urban Policy, Media Studies and Nonprofit Management.
