Overall

The school is great for earning your undergrad and then transfering to one of the state universities. Most if not all of the credits you earn at MCC will transfer to a state school with little to no hassle.

Academics

Most of the professors teach at the nearby state university (Arizona State) so you are getting the same great education for less money. Plenty of online and evening courses for people working full time. (like myself)

Campus Facilities & Safety

On-campus police are present and there are more than a few active Arizona police officers who work the college in classes. lots of parking available but it's still hard to find a close spot. Campus atmosphere is geared to undergrads and starting the college experience.

Overall

I went to this school fresh out of high school and took a "break" too start a famly. I am back and feel as comfortable as I did back then..... I love the small town feel and not that I am lost in a crowd

Academics

I am only taking one class at a time due too 2 kids and 2 jobs, so my load is not heavy to one person, but for myself one is enough... If I had the chance to quit my night job I could take on another class and in a heart beat it would be Mesa Community...

Campus Facilities & Safety

LOVE IT! everyone their is so nice and helpful.. I have taken 2 ASL classes and stuck with it due to my teacher. she was awesome.... I am currently taking an online class and the teacher is so helpful

Overall

This school is a large feeder program for Arizona State University or Univ of Arizona. It has many resources available for students. The campus is large for a community college and offers students the ability to get an good education and eventually transfer into a more robust program. The school is geared towards the local student who wants to save on tuition and still be able to have transferable credits.

Academics

The classes are smaller than ASU and often students who couldn't enroll in a specific class at ASU will take the course here. Many of the professors work with the students learning curves and are willing to work with them to ensure they are successful. You can take all of your pre-requisite courses and be able to attend a four year school. The school has many classes that are as challenging academically as other Universities in the area. This is a good place to attend if you don't want to pay for the more expensive tuition.

Campus Facilities & Safety

The campus is located in Mesa near the 60 at Dobson. The school has plenty of parking for the commuter students. The campus is safe and has security patrolling it. There are plenty of labs, activities, and clubs to help the students have a traditional college experience.
