Applicants must also supply documentation of two years of teaching experience or of supervised student teaching.
Financial aid is essentially awarded through two sources: federal aid, which provides loans and grants, and scholarships. Each scholarship offers different amounts toward tuition and has different criteria. Some scholarships, for example, are awarded to students from certain cultures or underrepresented groups. Others are awarded based on one’s area of study or based on academic performance on specific tests.
