Reviews for Stephen F Austin State University
This school is so far. You go out to the bar every night and party with friends and see what happens
The classes are fun and stuff but partying is more fun. Party as much as possible then go to class and pass
YOU PARTY ALMOST EVERYDAY AND ARE STILL ABLE TO MAKE GOOD GRADES. RAGE!!! ITS COLLEGE ITS SFA!!!!! !
My overall opinion of Stephen F. Austin is that it is a very historical college. The campus is very beautiful and the town is kind of small which means everything is pretty close by. As far as professors go its about half and half. Half easy and half hard that is. There is a website that you can go to that tells you the ratings of different professors at the school so you can decide if you want to take them or not.
Classes are different for every subject. Like for English classes the classroom might be small and personal, but for a political science class it might be a lot bigger and have more students. Regardless of the size of the classroom most professors are willing to help with anything you need. The are many different programs such as Student Activities Association who plans monthly activities on campus. There are Christian organizations, and many fraternities and sororities. The workload really depends on the professor.
The social atmosphere is pretty nice. You will definitely meet a diverse group of people from this school. The are many different programs such as Student Activities Association who plans monthly activities on campus. There are Christian organizations, and many fraternities and sororities. There are football games everyday Saturday and students get in for free. There is a bowling alley in town, a movie theater, and plenty of shops in town.
It is a beautiful campus. It's large bit is easily navigated. The new nursing facilities are cutting edge of technology. Campus life seems to be energetic and safe. There are security officers riding around on bikes and in cars. I felt very safe exploring the campus.
The class sizes are small and the professor seem to want to help you succeed in your major. The curriculum looks very well lined out an all of the classes that I have taken for dual credit in high school will transfer over to Stephen F. Austin. They have easy access to online classes as well.
I went to a football game and it was so amazing. The cheerleader are co-Ed and are fantastic! The football team never gave up and the spirit was rocking the house. Purple shirts were everywhere and ax'em jacks was where it was at! Very exciting for a small town girl!
