Overall

I chose SLCC because it was inexpensive and flexible. We have wonderful instructors and decent labs. The school as a whole understands that the majority of the student body are working, parents, etc.

Academics

There are a ton of programs and classes to choose from. Class size ranges from 20-50 students, depending on what the class is. Most classes are capped at 25 students, though. The teachers are knowledgeable and understand that most of the students aren't "typical"...they have families and jobs to work around.

Campus Facilities & Safety

Parking is great and pretty cheap. There are several campuses across the valley, which makes it easier to find something that will work for you. Safety has never been an issue. The facilities are okay...labs are decent but could be better.

Overall

I enjoy going to school here. I am finding it to be a bit of a challenge both of my courses and online and on campus. So its a bit confusing at times. My experience has been some what frustrating but good iin the end.

Academics

My classes are a bit confusing but do able. One of my professors is not very clear on what she would like the class to do each week. The class sizes are nice not to many students. The work load seems like a lot but in the end I get it done with some ease.

Campus Facilities & Safety

The parking is always a mess but the atmosphere is happy and encouraging. There are many different computer labs so access is always available..The campus seems to be very secure I am never uneasy returning to my car day or night.
