Our call center is open 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm and we are hiring for ALL SHIFTS!! You will be responsible for placing outbound calls to prospective college students, discussing their career plans and suggesting colleges that suit their needs. Operations Product Analyst
As an Operations Product Analyst with Campus Explorer will focus on developing systems and processes to support multiple products across the Demand and Supply side of our business. Key responsibilities will fall under four primary categories:
1) Using quantitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate key performance indicators; this includes identifying revenue patterns and underperforming business segments. Quantitative analysis of key performance indicators to uncover missed revenue opportunities and formulate testing hypotheses. Using test results, past trends, qualitative data, and heuristic analysis, will articulate conversion optimization strategies for a variety of publisher widgets, landing pages, microsites, and marketing creatives.
2) Drafting specification for new product releases; will estimate the complexity of projects to establish reasonable delivery time expectations and will evaluate competing product priorities to arrange projects in the technology queue according to overall business objectives. Will be working in close collaboration with frontend and backend developers to ensure all project requirements are met prior to the releases. Will support conversion optimization strategies with wireframes, mockups, and precise technical specifications.
3) Identifying and troubleshooting points of failure when performance drops and bugs arise; will consistently monitor product performance to identify points of failure and will serve as the primary point of contact to Partnership Marketing and Paid Search marketing teams when issues with publisher widgets or tracking pixels arise.
4) Serving as operational support to key business stakeholders. Will work with QA Engineers to ensure cross browser and cross device compatibility of Campus Explorer widgets, microsites, and landing pages. Will provide operational support to business stakeholders by serving as a liaison between internal teams and will serve as a point of contact for third party vendors.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics or related plus 1 year experience as an Online Product Analyst/Manager or related. Requires 1 year of experience with web analytics tools, understanding of online user behavior, delivering conversion lift via A/B and multivariate tests, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Microsoft Excel, Photoshop/Sketch and PowerPoint.
