Application Deadline Essays must be submitted through the Vista College High School Scholarship website by midnight, May 24, 2015 for the May class term and June 28, 2015 for the June class term. All remaining required documents need to be submitted to the Campus Scholarship Committee by the end of the day on the 3rd day of the respective class term. Winners will be notified within the first class term of the respective class start of the May and June 2015 class terms.

Scholarship Criteria

Applicable Programs: All certificate, diploma, and degree programs of study High school seniors graduating in 2015 who have applied for admissions with Vista College and enrolled in the May 2015 and June 2015 class starts may apply for the Vista College High School Scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded to selected applicants on the completion of the requirements outlined below. Scholarship award amounts will be reduced from the recipients’ tuition after the successful completion of the first class term with a passing grade. SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS $1000 Vista College Scholarship will be awarded (Scholarships can be disbursed as needed between the May and June class term) HOW TO APPLY & REQUIREMENTS Applicants for the scholarship must submit the following information. Enroll into a Vista College certificate, diploma or degree program for May or June 2015 class term. Complete a minimum 250 word essay through the scholarship link on “Why did I choose Vista College to pursue my program of study”. Maintain a cumulative 2.5 GPA or 80% grade average throughout the Senior high school year (verified through the official transcript) Provide proof of graduation (copies of official high school transcript or present the original diploma) by the end of the day on the 3rd day of the respective class term. Must have successfully completed their financial aid requirements by the end of the day on the 3rd day of the respective class term. This scholarship award does not meet the criteria of the Matching Scholarship Program. The award amount will be reduced if it creates a credit balance for the student.
