Students in this program study the properties and behavior of equations, multivariate solutions, functions, and dynamic systems. Coursework includes the study of differential equations, variation, approximations, complex variables, integrals, harmonic analysis and wavelet theory, dynamic systems, and applications to mathematical physics.
